| Natural Landscapes (593165 Alberta Ltd.) has been in operation for 15 years and is owned by Doug Burgoyne. Natural Landscapes was originally known as Doug's Lawn Care. Initially the company was mainly lawn maintenance. After a few more years the company became Doug's Lawn Service. With the success of the Lawn Care Business and the addition of many new garden maintenance clients Doug Launched Natural Landscapes. After 15 years of being in business, Natural Landscapes has become one of the most sought after residential landscape construction companies in the Calgary Area. Natural Landscapes prides it's self in creating settings that reflect the beautiful nature that was given to us by our creator. |  |

| Doug Burgoyne feels that the name Natural Landscapes best reflects the essence of recreating a pleasant outdoor setting. Doug had an initial start in the Landscape industry with his Maintenance Company. After seven years of maintaining gardens Doug had many new client requests to help either renovate their old gardens or clients moving to new homes that required new gardens.
This new company would now be named Natural Landscapes. Doug now had a release for the creative juices inside of him but he felt that he lacked the technical training to answer all the "why's" in the industry. Doug then attended Olds College for three years to increase his technical skills. He became a journeyman Landscaper and has been creating ever since. Doug's wife Laura plays a very important part in the business, by working on designs, seeing
clients, or even working out on site. They are a remarkable duo. The vision and creativity between the two of them shows in everything they do. The family would not be complete without mentioning their eleven year old daughter Erin, their three year old son Boaz, and their eighteen month old son Benjamin. Doug is excited about what the future holds for the company. He desires to make his employees feel that they are part of something that has vision. He does not want this to be just a place to work but rather a place where employees can grow and develop their work and life skills. He also desires that employees will have an opportunity to release and express their creativity that God has placed in them. |
