Landscape Crew Leader |

| • | Need to be able to drive a bobcat proficiently and safely. |
| • | Need to have your own vehicle. |
| • | Need to have the vision to add creative input necessary to see the design through to completion. |
| • | Need to be able to read landscape plans and determine grades for the landscaping |
| • | Need to be a Leader and guide and delegate responsibility to their crew. |
| • | Need to maintain communication to the client to assess any necessary changes |
